(crash) crashes immediately

I click on the launcher and almost instantly goes to the bug splatter... tried restarting. when i try to launch it a second time it says theres another instance of the launcher opening. a third time and it tells me PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working. i played 2 days ago.

now i just uninstalled it and it wont let me reinstall. flashes some dll cant be found and then closes
