I first noticed this when I was playing an aram and decided to do some further investigating in the practice tool. It looks like all of Viktor's hex core are bugged. Whenever you upgrade to the newest one a white box shows up in the top corner of your screen for each upgrade. I've attached some screenshot of the issues. Sorry for it being upside down my laptop is stupid and won't rotate it. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
Omg lol I didn't even know this was Viktor doing it. I was playing Viktor the last couple days and I thought that had something to do with windows notifications in the background.
Well now that I know, I've also been experiencing this. Just today in fact, after I got my first upgrade to the hexcore. It went away after alt-tabbing out and back in, but it happens regularly.
Use the printsceen button instead of your phone and you wouldn't have this issue.
