Karma's W Icon With Circling Light Indicator (Similar to Vayne W)

One game I had two days ago had the "moving light indicator" circling around Karma's W icon (similar to how leveling up Vayne's W gives the icon its appearance). The skill appeared like this from the beginning spawn (even before I had leveled it up) and remained this way for the entire game. The skill worked perfectly normal as far as I could tell, but the appearance definitely threw me off. I played Karma in several other games since then and did not have this problem again.
