Game crashes every time after latest patch.

I haven't played in a couple days because I've been busy at work. I haven't done any computer updates or changes since the last time I've played. The only thing that has been updated is league of legends. It will work all the way through champ select, then when the game goes to load, it shows a blank icon at the bottom of the screen and never opens the load page.

I have tried about 4 or 5 times with no luck, each game giving me "leaver". I have also tried the hextech repair tool to repatch with no luck. I couldn't create a dump file, it was nulled out. What are my opinions here? I really don't want to reinstall the whole game.
