Relic shield procs on Illaoi's E. Specifically, when the ghost fits the requirement for relic shield, it procs and kills it sharing 35 gold both players.

To reproduce:

1. Have an Illaoi and a Champ with relic shield
2. Damage the Illaoi's E ghost until it fits relic shield requirements
3. Let guy with relic shield hit it and proc it.
