New Client Keeps Updating

Hey guys, Not sure whats going on but after I played a game of league I didn't get to see my stats because the client was closed for some reason. Then I clicked on it to log back in but then it said it needed to update. The ETA was 0 and takes only 0.2mb. For some reason the update keeps going up to like 3.8/0.2MB and then says the update fails and has to restart. It keeps on restarting and its pissing me off. Can someone help please. I wanna get back playing.
