Why wont riot fix so many practice tool bugs? like, it had been months after this mode was released but bugs are still in it despite the fact that many people reported them. I'm talking about MF's ult and so on...

Because these are bugs that can only be done in PT and are impossible to do in a live game so they wont affect anyones game in anyway. So that means there is zero need to fix them if they are PT bug exclusives.
