unable to load the game

hi there my computer is unable to load the game while i entering the game, the other 9 people shows the there stats but mine slot was empty, however when i am doing ALT+TAB switching to desktop it seems loading the then if i keep holding ALT + TAB i can see the game but if i dont press ALT + TAP it shows only black nothing else . my computer is alienware so the GPU is enough to play this game and also the overwatch can be played in my computer.
