[Gameplay] Project Yi Ultimate voice is almost inaudible

When using highlander as Yi, Project Yi voice lines from his ult are almost inaudible, even with voice volume at 100. Also upon starting a game or finishing a recall, the voice for many champs are much more quieter than they should be.
