Bug Splat (not PBE)

Every time i play i seem to get a bug splat. Now because of that I'm in a low priority queue of 10 min for 5 games. I sent report and fount out direct play wasn't installed? So i installed it and now I'm waiting to see if that was really the problem.

Is there anything else i could do to fix this problem so it doesn't happen again or is anyone else having this problem?[slayer-jinx-unamused]

Also can Riot take me off low priority queue because its a bug splat that makes me AFK?
