[GAMPLAY] Spellthief's Not Proccing Correctly

In a recent game as Morgana, I noticed that my Spellthief's and Frostfang were not proccing at various points during the game. Two stood out to me where I had all three of my charges available. Both times I noticed were against a Soraka. The first was with a Dark Binding that clearly hit, so I know for sure that the Spellthief's did not proc as I did not receive gold, nor did the charges reduce by one. The second instance was with the W and Soraka walked through it without proccing any of the three charges available at the time.
