Camille Dash Veigar Circle Issue

Camille's dash currently moves through the Veigar circle, then stuns her on arrival, unlike every other champ in the game who is stunned at collision with the circle. With an incredibly dashy champion to begin with, this is ruining Veigar's only hope for survival. Also, the stun timer started at collision, and was almost done by the time she stopped moving. Not very good.
