Kindred Q bug againced small krugs

In-game there is a bug where if you Q atleast 3 small krugs it will only shoot two of them. This bug has been bothering me ever since the assassin update but I haven't said anything. If you want to replicate this glitch all you have to do is kill all of the krugs that will split until there are only little ones. After you do that you just Q and it will only kill two of them. The glitch will happen every single time you do it. Please fix this rito it is quite annoying.
