[GAMEPLAY] Vi's Vault Breaker not functioning properly

There seems to be a consistent bug with Vi's Vault Breaker which can cause her to be unable to reactivate it if hit by enemy champion abilities while charging up the ability. Instead she is stuck in the slow-moving charging state until the ability times out.

I observed this bug when hit by ranged abilities from various champions, including Cassiopeia and Tristana.

Cassiopeia has a GROUNDED debuff on her w, which stops all movement spells, were you hit by this?

No, this was her Q hitting, I believe, and it has happened with other champs when no Cass is around.
