Higher ping than usual, average ping is 40-50 today ping is locked at 80-81.

Randomly my ping is now at 80, i've tried restarting my router, unplugging it for 10 sec, etc etc. Restarted my PC. Ran as ADMIN, tested it on custom game. To no avail When i first get into the game its at 45 then it creeps up to 80 and just sits there... The delay of going from 45 ping to 80 is extremely noticeable and affects my gameplay.
