I had bought J4 in the store, played him in rank(look in my rank history i played him once in rank atleast) after that i lost him

Riot removes content from people if they aren't bought through legal means... so if they way you acquired him wasn't legal (aka using your own EARNED RP or IP) then they will remove it.

Have you tried looking in your champion pool for him, but looking for him -out- of alphabetical order? We've seen a bug pop up where champ pictures will get scrambled.
Do you own LeBlanc? "J4" as the world knows him is actually just an illusion perpetuated by her, so she probably just got tired or distracted.
