[Client]Crash when accept button appears

Que'd for a game as five, the accept button popped up on my screen and I went to click it, game client froze before I could accept, I waited 30 seconds and then forcequit client and logged back in. Rest of the summoners in my party where still in game with me, but I was unable to join the lobby and this resulted in me que dodging as I was unable to lock in a champion. Have not tried to repeat yet, not sure what caused it.
