More of a suggestion

Unless this actually is a bug and not really intended but, don't you think it's a tad odd that Re-rolling Champion skins would give you a skin for a champion you don't have?

I was led to believe that Re-rolling gave you skins for champs you had, apparently it doesn't.

if this was an intended thing then I would suggest it be changed, cause it was kind of a waste of money, which I'm well aware of the summoner's code regarding such, but that's not the point.

The point is, the re-roll gave me a skin for a champ I didn't have, which I don't think it should do.

This is my opinion, others may not agree, which is their right, but I wanna know what others think, so I made a poll.
