Champ select bugged

When I start queue to play ranked, I went into champ select as normal. But then something strange happened. The ban phase stopped happening. The timer ran out and nothing was picked. After about 1 or 2 minutes, it suddenly caught up. First pick picked as usual but then the same thing happened again. Nothing happened and then after 5-8 minutes, i got kicked from queue from not picking a champ.
