Attempting to reconnect & There was an error setting your rune pages

Hi,

I am playing LOL for a long time. But at last 3-4 months it is nearly impossible to play it.

The Problem: 1- Almost in every 5 minutes it says "Attempting to reconnect , Exit Instead" I can live with it because it does not effect after the game started. 2-Whenever i pick a rune it says "There was an error setting your rune pages". This is a serious problem. I will try to give an example. Game 1 -> ARAM -> I will play Ziggs -> So i am trying to pick Sorcery -> It says there was an error. And game starts with default rune selected. Game 2-> ARAM -> I will play Garen -> So i am trying to pick Resolve -> It says there was an error. And game starts with Sorcery (last rune i was trying tp pick) selected. Game 3-> ARAM -> I will play Diana -> So i am trying to pick Domination -> It says there was an error. And game starts with Resolve (last rune i was trying tp pick) selected.

For months my games are being ruined. Even you restart game you can never pick a rune. First time it picks default. You need to guess which hero will be selected randomly next game and choose the correct rune. Now i seeLOL as Guess game :)

What i tried:

1- Disabled IPv6 Both from my connection settings, modem, talked to my ISP, 2- Disabled Firewall and all other security programs such as Antivirus, 3- Checked if there is any proxy or VPN installed and removed all of them, 4- Enabled firewall and gave permission to every "exe file" in LOL folder, 5- Changed My DNS to 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 6- Add LOL ip to my localhost file (Under Windows folder) 7- Installed a VPN 8- Installed and Uninstalled the whole game (4-5 times) 9- Changed my zone to another zone and switched back to EUW again. 10- Deleted all custom rune pages and used defaults served by LOL

I did not tried all of these steps at once. I tried every possible combinations of them.

Guess what, I still have same problems.
