WTF RIOT? Why you can't do anything properly?

When sylas steals R and kills someone with it in the chat is not written sylas but the name of robbed champ. How can you develop 1 shitty champ half a year, then test it on PBE for a month and after that release it on live with bugs like this? Or neko that when changed to someone out of FOV was seen as that champ on minimap for the rest of the game...

Another thing - why did you remove honor icon (or whatever its called) from the main loading screen to "after clicking on an enemy player champion tab"? One reason less to even try to get your honor level above 2. "Only you can see it on your profile" - wtf? like I'm the last one who looks at my profile. Profile is a player overwiev so OTHER players can quickly get to know who they were playing with. But yeah, you had to decrease most played champions to 1 so now there is a place for a black honor circle...

Ok, I clicked 10 times just to know who was honored last game and if my honor level was the highest. But why are them placed so badly? Why there are 10 pixels more space on the right side? https://i.imgur.com/8PyqTD0.png Is it really so hard to move them those 5 pixels (or 1/60 of width of whole frame for those who dont like FHD) or it's just another case you were developing something for several months and it's released with obvious imperfections?
