Patching PBE
When I get to around 50%, the download speed slowly decreases to 0. This happened to anybody else?

This post belongs in the pbe forums, but I did have this problem. After talking to support the solution was to completely uninstall, then reinstall the game in a different directory. I installed mine in a folder inside C:\Riot Games
