when ever i star leaver buster this happens!

i get leave buster common beacuse my pc crashes and automaticly restarts. so when ever i start it and wait 20 mins and i star q it says expected wait time 1:30 or something, and i wait freaking 20 mins and i close please i dont know if that is a bug or there is not a lot of players on my server. i think its a bug beacuse i usually play at 6pm and my friends wait around 40 secs please help me as much as you can thanks! (sorry for grammatical errors)
