[CLIENT] Champion Select

After accepting a match that was found through any game mode on any map except for custom matches or team builder I will sometimes be put back to the home screen when I'm playing alone or the team lobby when playing with other people, this would be fine if it counted as me declining the match however it does not. During the time after accepting the match I can hear the champion select happening and if I am in ranked or draft pick I also hear the bans happening, however at the end of the champion select time I will be given the usual message for not selecting a champion and then receive the punishment.

This is a bug that only occasionally happens and I have no way to 100% reproduce it. If anyone else has ever experienced a bug like this please let me know, especially if you found a fix for it.

I have tried re-installing and repairing the game but both had no effect.
