Match accepted bug and Profile Overviews

Hello everyone, so today, I and my friends wanted to play a few games of league, however, we have encountered 2 bugs. First one is that the overviews, masteries, runes, etc. are not showing. Second bug is that when we find a match and accept it, the game doesn't load, we get stuck at match accepted screen for at least 2 minutes, and then it says that someone didn't accept.
