Tab out Bug

So on occasion when I enter a game i start to move towards either buff (in this case red since i was bot) and after about halfway moving there the game tabs itself out and will not let me open it back up or force quit. this makes me have to restart my computer and after the game weather it becomes a remake or a late game I then have a counter because of something I cant do anything about? I am annoyed this is the second time it's happened in a ranked and the 4th time overall in the past 2 or 3 months. Its rare but annoying to the point of making me scared to play.
