Eaten Inputs

In the last match that I played, I was experiencing problems with inputs not being taken into action by my champion, Ahri. For example, I would click to move and the green cross hair would appear and animate, but my champion would not move. Similar problems occurred with abilities as well. I thought it was just the connection on my end, but a Darius in our match also expressed similar complaints. (I believe this is an issue with how the ping reports not the connection after doing a speed test after the match. Ping was shown at a constant decent level (120ish), but this issue continually appeared)
