@Riot. Why cant I redeem my RP?
So i just opened my presents for Christmas and I was going to redeem my RP. But for 5 minutes I watched the loading bar go around forever. Anyone else having this problem? Riot, plz write back. :)

Same happening here. I'm still "Redeeming" at this very moment.

It's Christmas, there is going to be a HUGE influx of RP prepaid cards, just be patient.
Me, too. I redeemed one card already, but the second card is still redeeming...

Same here. Can't get the RP to go and it's been stuck on "Redeeming..." for a few minutes now.
I typed it with and without spaces.

Im having the same problem, i cant redeem a single card
mine says some thing like "the store cant process your request. please try again in a few minutes." theni tried again after each game i played and it still doesnt work
Thank goodness i thought i was the only one. Still slightly upset by the problem, but relieved that i'm not alone. hopefully it is fixed by the end of the day! id like to start stockpiling Snowdown skins :)
I am having the issues reported above. I have gotten one card through but I'm worried the other card my say that the code has already been used or something. Is that something we should look out for?

OK this happened to me but now its saying i used them. I redeemed one card already, and my second one is invalid.i did not use one and it says its invalid Riot PLS

I just kept retrying the code throughout yesterday, but when i did the same thing last night mine said it has already been redeemed
**Okay, I'm 2 years late but whatever.. So I have a problem with ''Please try again in a couple of minutes if you see this multiple times contact support ...''. My brother bought it in Germany cus we don't have it here in my country (Serbia) and I've tried waiting and stuff still wont work .. I hope you can kinda help me? I did sumbit a ticket to support and still waiting for respond. So if you say it won't work my brother is gonna be pissed.. Because he kinda threw 10$ away (And in this situation money is very sensitive thing because of the crisis..) I hope I can activate it soon.. Still hoping I'm not too late for this post :/ **
It's been happening to me too, I'm just going to stop redeeming and wait until tomorrow when things are clearer, I think it's traffic because of over 10k people trying to redeem at once
I had a similar issue when I was gifted some RP cards from Game Stop. I figured out that the cards they got me were a different type of card and instead of going to "Codes" section of the store, you need to go to the Purchase RP section and select "Pre-Paid Cards"

Can riot fix this fast i got RP as a pressent from christmas and i want the sale skins before they run out. can riot pls pay attention to this!
I got two cards and i redeemed one then when i tried to redeem the other it wouldnt work waited like 10 minutes so idk whats up probably servers.
My League card is not working it was for 10$ still nothing
I wish Riot would actually give us updates on the status of this annoying problem, instead of just saying "we're investigating". I wonder if there was anything they could have done to prepare for this. No one can say that they didn't know that a lot of people would be trying to redeem RP, but this is what we get. This is almost as bad as the 4.20 update. Well at least the servers haven't gone down.
i'm not even getting a loading bar i'm straight getting errors, i've been trying for almost 10 hours now, is this seriously happening? this is christmas #4 now? uh...when do you start taking notes and applying what you've learned?
