[graphic BUG] Champ Model graphic bug

Sometimes it s happens on different champion,

I have long lines from a champ as you can see on the picture.

Last time it was with oriana in the opposite team so it was possible to see her position in a long distance (and then we can anticipate the moves ...)

I play on very low detail for every parameters. it happens on different computer
