Mini-freezing problem? (and major ones)

Hey does anyone else league sometime freezes for a bit while your in a game. It's annoying and its got so bad to the point that sometime this freeze can crash my entire computer forcing me to restart. I've already dc'd from a rank game due to this problem and this is the 2nd time the crash has happened
