No Top Client Bar

I exited a TFT match (meant to surrender) and when I reopened LoL it brought me back into the match but it was only a black screen to which I restarted my PC as I couldn't exit the tab. I reopen League when my PC restarts and the top bar is missing in the client (No play, profile, collection, TFT tab.) I have tried restarting LoL and got the same result. Any solutions appreciated.
