Hotfix Unlimited ARURF Skin Boosting Bug [CLIENT]

Something I noticed while playing the current live featured game (ARURF) mode was that at some point I assume a hotfix was released and I was no longer able to access the shop, giving me a blank screen and saying error code 0, and I've noticed this happening when skins introduced in a certain patch are made available or something else of the like. But the main bug seems to have a relation with that as I was able to RP skin boost far to many games which the client told me my total would be one number, but after the game it did not change at all.

How it went:

1. From main hub, clicked shop, received error code 0.
2. Queued up with a friend for ARURF and got into pre game lobby
3. Set up Runes/Masteries
4. RP Skin Boost the game
5. Game ends, RP Value did not change, receive full benefits of RP Boosting
6. This process repeated until I restarted my client and boosted once, which then deducted the correct value from my account.
