True Damage Ekko Passive Bug

When this skin was released, the moonwalk effect when getting passive was in game, it was like the most fun thing to do. However the homeguards run was the same as the classic Ekko run. After the preseason hit the live servers, this effect was I think removed? (but I think it's a bug) Basically, they've added the moonwalk as homeguards effect but the same effect was removed from passive. I am hoping that this is a bug because this is probably the best thing on the skin, so I would really like to see it again.
