[GAMEPLAY] Varus - Ult achieves a perma-hold. (ONE FOR ALL)

Not sure if you are concerned at all with bug reports with "one for all," but figured it might be worth checking into for Varus in general.

Cause: Either multiple Varus ults OR getting caught in Varus ult on the sides (outside of normal hit-box... it seems to happen with a Varus ult at 0:09 in the video)

Varus achieved a permanent hold long after ult and an ace.
