Cannot load into game, making me lose LP.... Again!!!

I made a post about this about a week ago (or something like that) and then right after, my problem was suddenly fixed, so I don't know what happened there. But it's happening again.. I get into the loading screen for a game and nothing actually loads, and it tells me the client isn't responding... Please help??? I've restarted the client, restarted my computer, updated any drivers, reset internet, and used the client patcher.
