Black screen when I open client

Black screen in client I have been playing for a little while now, and not had any issues. Today, I was randomly disconnected from league mid game, and could not reconnect. For over an hour after this happened, if I opened the league client, it would try to connect me to the game that had already ended, and report that it had failed. I ran the hextech repair tool, and now when I open the client, It's a black screen that shows "worlds 2019, overview, nexus, patch notes", and my profile/friends list on the side, but nothing else. I ran the repair tool again with the reinstall selected, but this still didn't fix it. Really just want to get back to playing and hope there's a fix. Thanks!
