2 times Connection time out because your servers are bugging !!!!! in promo's...

Hello

This is unfair. 2 times your lol client bugs ( one time i used new beta, then i switched to legacy and have the same probleme ! ) In champion select my client freezes and i cant pick a champion. I typed leo and it appears but i cant click on it. Because of this the timer runs out and i get kicked and loose my promo's.. TWICE ............. It is not my fault but rito's !!
There should be a way to recognize wether it's rito's fault ( because of buggy servers or something ) and then excuse the player on that rule from getting a loss because of ''AFK''... I WAS THERE TRYING TO SELECT LEONA FOR 60 SCONDS....... This is NOT AFK ( My internet is stable and safe.. )

Sorry for the rage but this has to be fixed somehow.. It was 200 % not my fault ...
