Bought champion though profile. lost IP and champ still locked.

ok first time posting anything here, so I was going through my champion list through my profile and decided to check out Talon. When opening his champion profile and looking through his abilities i clicked "Unlock Champion" and get the message that says I've unlocked it. Great. i look at my ip and it went from 6588 to -3012. Thought nothing of it so i went to a custom game to try out talon only to see that in my champ select that he is not there. I closed my client thinking maybe it just hadn't registered yet and had to re-log. i did that and my ip is back to normal showing 1788. i check my champion list again from my profile and see that talon is still locked however. i check the store and see that he is still up for purchase and i seem to have lost my ip.

i thought maybe it was a one time bug and i have to grind again for my lost ip (oh well) but i decided first to see if i can recreate the bug again.

not too salty bout losing the ip but i am kinda bummed out by it. oh well hopefully someone can address this issue soon unless it only happens to me then that be pretty unlucky eh?
