Remake system broken

Last game had a person not move or buy items and dc before 3 minutes and it would not allow us to remake the game. Not sure why this happened but it costed us to lose lp.

Same, had a game with someone who dc/afked after 1 minute into the game. He/she returned 5+ minutes later. No remake was possible. Not sure if bug or just got F'd.
