Chroma skin bug?

The Chroma skins have been working well since it came out. However, recently the Chroma choices stopped appearing in the champion select. Also, in game the the Chroma skins do not show up. I don't know if this is a change to everyone, but this is bothering me because I bought the Chroma pack and was unable to use it anymore.
