[GAMEPLAY] Frequently unable to cast summoner spells

Hello everyone,

In the last few weeks i've been experiencing a really annoying bug which often changes the results of trades in lane or even the result of some games.

It occurs that some times, randomly in the middle of a game I stop being able to cast my summoner spells (and since I'm mostly a toplaner it's pretty annoying when I can't TP anywhere) for a random amount of time. It can last just a few seconds but it can last even many minutes.

I don't have any instructions on how to reproduce this bug since it happens randomly in the middle of some games, so i really don't know how i could help more.
