Game launcher glitches prevent play

SO as of this latest patch I keep getting client bug after bug, First any time i start a match, as soon as champion select finishes the game will refuse to load in. The only fix I have found to this is to competently end the task and if that doesn't work sign out and back into my computer as whole. So I tried to fix this doing a client repair which seemed to work, but instead of keeping me out of the match at the start, I get into match half way through it disconnects me, and in order to get this i had to fully leave the match and went I attempted to rejoin the game refused to let me reconnect. IT recognized the game was still in progress but refused to give me the option to re join no matter what I do. Now i'm risking getting leaver buster punishments because the client and game are not letting me play what am I suppose to do? I'm positive it is not my computer as league of legends is the ONLY program that is having issues.
