POPPY PASSIVE BUG [GAMEPLAY]

When I try to use (Smart Cast) on the enemy while the Passive Ability is ready, I cant perform the skill, because Poppy will always try to perform an ranged attack to get the passive activated. So when i just want to perform the E on the enemy without activating the passive, I cannot.
