Client deleted my chest
Like at first I was trying to open chest and it didnt give me anything just an error like service is unavailable or something like that, and then when I restarted my client, it completely deleted both my chest and key....

You probably got the content in it, then. Check your recently acquired hextech loot or permanent content. You can submit a Support Ticket if you can't figure out what it was.
I just had this happen to me! I got the Halloween Kitty Ward from Hextech, bought it with Orange Essence, and it doesn't show up that I've actually got it!
To me it didnt even give a chest i yust heard the sound that you hear when you get it
