Dragon Master Swain Bug

I was playing a game Just now as Akali against Swain, and I don't know if it was due to my bad connection which was decent this game, or is an actual bug but when Swain used his E (I think that's the pull) it would glitch out and go miles away. I don't think the hit box extended that far but the hit box you should see disappeared to far away it was really hard to dodge you can see the animation, but not the spell itself but again I don't know it my computer or the game I don't think it's the computer because other swains work fine I don't know really but this should be at your attention I don't know if you can pull up game recording for me but if you can pls review
