ZZ'Rot still bugged!

So, when Riot disabled ZZ'Rot until a new patch, I thought they would fix this bug I previously posted. ZZ'Rot voidspawns waste Spoils of War proc (ie Targon's Brace or Face of the Mountain) for zero gold. Riot made it so you can't proc Spoils of War on things like Zyra plants, so why does it still proc on voidspawns?
