game crashes and gives critical error after champion select (as loading screen starts then crash)

This just happened to me twice in a row. I have read other instances in which this has happened but so far no one has reported any fixes or responses that I am aware of. I also just got leaverbustered for the games mess up, that is some bs and should be removed from my account seeing as this problem is the hosts fault and not the customer.
