Rengar Framedrop

I've been noticing a fluctuation in my frame rate ever since queues underwent maintenance, but only when I play rengar? Is it possible to have frame rate drops with only one champion? I play rengar a lot, but have only noticed the inconsistencies recently, and when I played other champions (cho gath etc.), the frame rate was fine. Just me?
