Getting punish for launcher crashing on you

The problem I've been having is that the launcher keep crashing for the simplest things like going into your hextech items, selecting a champion on queue, minimizing the league launcher and maximizing it later on, and enemy or ally queue dodges in multiple queue dodges. Once I re-login into the league launcher, I get punish for leaving the champion selection. League does not offer any way of rejoining the champion selection, if the individual log in on time before the system register you have official disconnected, or give a proper explanation as too why the event occur.
