Champion Select Bug

I was in champion select in picking what champion i considered playing (prebans) and I got a notification saying that there was a player that recently honored me inviting me to a game. Just to see if it would let me, I accepted the invitation, the client froze for about 10 seconds, then kicked me out of the champion select lobby, decreased my lp by 10 and gave me a 30 minute dodge penalty. It was quite depressing.
